For the past three years, he was the Managing Director of Luxury at Compass, Southern California, utilizing his vast experience, as well as his natural skills of perception and intuition, to actively support fellow agents. Prior to Compass, Charles served as Executive Vice President, Marketing & Strategic Development for Hilton & Hyland. He is, customer-centric and understands every facet of buyer-seller needs and concerns. Not surprisingly, Charles has been integral to some of the largest real estate transactions—on some of the most coveted properties—in greater Los Angeles over the past decade. Charles is also active civically, serving as past Chairman of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, the Immediate Past President of the Rotary Club of Beverly Hills and served as President of Beverly Glen Playgroup in Bel-Air from 2019-2022.
